Superbike Magazine is hosting an open track day at Midvaal Raceway on Saturday 18th August.
They usually run 3-4 classes of motorcycles and one class of cars.

R590, but here's the good news - pay your R590, and you can invite a friend for free, so it's effectively R295 per car.

PM me your email address if you're interested, and I'll send you the registration/indemnity form and EFT details.

So far, we're 6 cars going (incl 4x GT86's), so there's plenty slots still open.

We had awesome fun at Midvaal on Saturday 18 Aug 2018 (Superbike Mag Track Day), despite it being very cold and windy.

We'd expected the track to be anti-clockwise, but due to an MSA technicality, it was back to clockwise for the day.

Great fun, and a new personal best for me.
Sadly the sound's not great due to my camera mount vibrating against the roll cage.

Whew, track still looks super bumpy, so nothing different there

My car is currently in the shop with a couple of issues (old spark plugs and injector seals, thank you @Delicious tuning for picking this up!) - if it's back in time and in good condition I may just join for this day cos R295 is a bargain!
