Sadly, one night, I noticed my fender has been messed up from what seems like someone trying to jack up my car (probably to get to my wheels). They completely missed my pinch weld and jacked directly on the fender. I'm not sure where it happened as I was parked at multiple places at my university campus. Luckily but unluckily, either the fender getting crushed or my lock nuts deterred them away. But, I was left with a mess.

Options:
Get a new fender and bring the car to a body shop to respray it and hopefully blend the white paint.

Get the TRD style side skirts to cover up the damage. But would need to get this sprayed white as well as I don't like the all black plastic look. Thinking of using 3 stage AutomotiveTouchup spray paint (Crystal White Pearl K1X) since I don't mind the finish not being perfect. Authentic painted TRD side skirts are kinda expensive...

Will figure this out come the spring time.

Also, can see some caps I put on the R26 lug nuts to hopefully prevent water and salt from entering and rusting the studs/lugs. They are 1/2" black plastic hole plugs off Amazon. One problem though is they don't fit completely in on the lock nuts...

After 39k miles, got a new battery. The stock one had been dying on me from time to time after the manual swap. Probably from stalling too much and when I didn't connect the alternator properly after the manual swap hahaha. I like the look of the stock battery the best though.

Got Michelin CrossClimate 2 215/45R17 mounted on my stock wheels. These are all weather tires since I'll be daily driving it for my 1 hour commute to work. Didn't get winter tires since I'm thinking Maryland weather isn't consistently cold and doesn't snow enough. These kinda have a unique sound on the highway like you can hear the rumble of the aggressive treads. But I got used to it. Ordered and mounted at Costco. I put the stock wheels back on for them but they said it was too low for them so I had to go there myself and remove the wheels.

Diff fluid change to Motul Gear 300 after almost 43k miles. I bought OEM Subaru crush washers but misplaced it by the time I wanted to do the change. So I used some variety pack crush washers. Also changed the gasket between the front pipe and the catback. Still got a check engine light awhile later. Will replace the other gaskets when there's a warm day.

Put the ZEs back on for the spring season.



Also got a pic of trying to get an alignment at an auto body shop but my lip didn't clear the front wheel guards. Also went to get a quote to fix the fender, it was like $400? or $600?

Getting a check engine light for exhaust and figured it has to be the exhaust manifold gaskets since I already changed the other 2.5" gaskets for the rest of the exhaust. Got some Fel-Pro gaskets but the check engine light came back on. Going to try some thicker gaskets next time.

Well my dad drove the car and curbed the back wheel turning into a lot. Not sure if I shared but before this he curbed the stock wheel as well.
