I used to use black duct tape and just tape the key somewhere underneath. Someone sees it, it just looks like a piece of tape.

But keys these days are a bit different than my old car keys.

A straightened hanger will easily slide inbetween the windows and unlock the door. Then open the trunk. Or if the trunk valet button has been pushed, pull both bezels off the buttons on the rear seat and pull the buttons up. Success! Your in the car and trunk, with just a coat hanger.

I didn't think you could lock the keys in the trunk. Doesn't it beep at you and open back up when you push the outside trunk button?

Only if you have keyless entry.

I locked my only KEY in my trunk before with the car open and valet button pushed.

I can only access the trunk with the key (reminder: it's a 2013 and things may have changed for the newer models). The car doors are locked. Believe me, the trunk locks with the keys in it.

What is this, a Liberty Mutual commercial? Did you name your car Brad?

I feel like only a Jetta owner would call their car Brad.

I have to confess, I always wondered how they got back to Brooklyn, and I also wondered about how they kept the cops from knowing it was Clemenza's car.

After all, the plates were on there.

It just seemed like a poorly thought-through scenario.

In general, female clothing's pockets are pretty useless if they exist...
