+1 on the volume of catless + stock catback. Besides a little growl undertone at idle, you would barely notice the difference.
Under load (maybe 3.5k and up) you start to hear it growl. But I was shocked at how quiet it was. I expected it to be much louder based on videos. Given that most crappy mics used to record these clips compress the audio heavily, they all make it sound quite loud. It isn't. Can't go wrong with Tomei or JDL. I recently installed the ti-coated JDL and was very impressed with the build quality. |

Don't bother with a header. Get a cold air intake, bigger throttle body and you're good to go.

The fact is that almost every catless UEL will sound the same when paired up to a stock exhaust, the only difference will be the quality of the header itself. IMO, a catted UEL header is a waste of money. They won't rumble nearly as much due to less difference in runner lengths, and "high flow" cats are a scam and they're still restrictive and don't allow nearly as much power/torque gains after tuning. They'll also melt/collapse just as quickly if you track with them frequently. Just go with a JDL catless UEL. You won't regret it. |

Gains from header and tune are not minimal. Some cars maybe but not these.

+1 for JDL UEL catless. That, paired with aftermarket axleback and you are on game.

Is up to you really. But since you are on socal, i would suggest to considere Delicius with their flex tune if budget allow it. If you are on budget OFT will cover up your needs as long you stay NA

For the price of open flash header i would save up few bucks and buy JDL with lifetime warranty. Like i said, is a matter of preference. I went oft because is cheap and i can flash the car with stock tune for warranty reclaim
