Well it's been a long haul to locate this wing. Been trying for like a month with various vendors and online retailers with no success due to backorders. My hunt is over and received shipping confirmation today!
I really like the stock wing found on the BRZ Limited, so replacing it with a CF one from Seibon was a logical choice for me. I'll post pics when it arrives and installed... This is the only CF you will see on the exterior of my BRZ, all CF mods will either be on the interior or under the hood

I'm still using the stock battery. Mind you I don't winter drive. If I did, I would swap it out for something with 600+ cranking amps.
Not sure about Toyota, but Subaru has a 640 amp battery for around $140 Sent from my GT-I9500 using Tapatalk 4

Had a close call in parking lot the other day, so just ordered these bad boys...
EDIT: Available for both FR-S and BRZ, they come pre-painted to match your car color. Bought off ebay and are made in US If and when you place an order, they have a link within the auction to find your specific paint code which you email to them. Cost is $124US Plus shipping, a little expensive for moldings, but then so is fixing door dings

Seibon wing showed up yesterday! The box that it came in could have held three or four wings, it was packed that well. Completely submerged in plastic and bubble wrap
Ordered from CARid and took about a week to get from the time I placed order. Shipped via UPS and brokerage was a biatch on this one at $111 ![]() I've said before, I'll say it again... I hate UPS!!! Paid $391 for wing, $135 for shipping and of course got raped on brokerage at $111 Not bothered by the shipping charge as some sites were still selling this wing around $495, oh well you got to pay to play Anyhow after unboxing and unwrapping the wing, I discovered a very fine piece of work. I've owned a lot CF in the past from VIS Racing and other various companies, but never Seibon. The workmanship and quality is top notch and is every bit as good as any CF I've owned in the past. In comparison to the stock wing it is at least half the weight if not more. The Seibon wing comes bare bones, no hardware whatsoever. No screws or neoprene gaskets will be found. Also the stock screws do not fit this wing, you will need to pickup at least 4 screws. What you do get is an identical wing down with mounting locations that are mostly on par with the stock wing, at least the important ones. I test fit the wing for fitment and everything looks great, but before installation I needed to make my own neoprene gaskets. Not necessary, but nice to have a good seal around the screw locations and keep dirt and water out of there. If you look at the last pic, you will see where I have already cut and 3M'd pieces at the screw locations. I will also add a thin strip all the way along the edge of the wing where the wing makes contact with the top of the trunk. I'm not a very patient guy, so cutting and making gaskets is time consuming and I just want to install this bad boy! But I've always had the mindset that if it takes 2 days to put a screw in straight, then let it be so... I also sealed all the hole locations on the trunk with rubber grommets to keep moisture out. I will not be applying any 3M tape to the wing as I don't feel it will be necessary due to 2 screw locations on either side of the wing to secure it down. I'll update with installed pics once I'm done applying neoprene ![]() ![]() ![]()
