Well I finally decided to install my Takeda intake. Been sitting here for months begging to be installed. Installation was pretty straight forward, like the Airaid I had in last fall. Removal of the front air tube behind the front bumper proved to be a motha, but I got it! I did not remove front bumper to get at it, just removed the top flange on bumper and pulled it out through the top, slowly and carefully.
It wasn't easy, but it did come eventually with some twists and turns and pulled out through top of the bumper closest to drivers side. Intake looks great, just waiting for updated tune from Visconti

Initial impressions of Takeda intake, wish I had installed this long ago. Sounds mean in comparison to the Airaid or the Works drop in filter I had previously. The car seems to pull the same as before, however I am noticing a little more pull past 4K over the Works drop in filter I just removed. Once my optimized tune shows up, I expect it will be a little more tweaked for my setup

And of course it just looks nicer than stock

Hey everyone! Just purchased a BRZ Sport tech black from Saskatoon Subaru, didnt have time to read all the pages but nice looking cars! I seen one blue BRZ in Downtown Saskatoon on June 23rd (ish)

Just curious as to who else has and loves their FRS/BRZ
