Welcome to the forum!

Tons of great info in the tech section.

E85 + header + tune Will gain you the most power, till FI.

The stock clutch is good till you go FI.

The clutch is fine. The throw out bearing sucks big time.
If it starts to squeal change it. Change it right away. Don't wait. Get the updated version and put it in. Immediately. Without delay.

K def will keep that in mind. Is it normal that when i shift into 1st and 2nd its clunky? The other gears seem fine, car has about 50k km just changed the motor and Trans oil seemed to have made the gears more clunky.

I'd say give it a bit and make sure it isn't your driving habits. I noticed personal improvement in shift feel after driving it for a while, but this is also my first standard car owned.

Yep the clunky first and second are perfectly normal. The TOB is a know issue and should let you know when it needs changing.
I waited too long and paid the price of a whole new clutch.

I have been driving stick for about 15 years so doubt that would be the issue. I have a feeling its something in the clutch or TOB so gonna swap that when i start modding thx tho.

That doesn't cause the clunky first and second. Some of the cars seem to have the clunkyness and some don't. If you have it then there isn't much you can do to change it. It really isn't a problem.
