Sure it wasn't a back DOOR scientist working on your butt dyno?

replaced all pulleys to lightweight 2 years ago.

+ 100 % placebo affect.

AWESOME!!!!!

ps. Did header, stage 2 tune at same time as pulleys, so all together made a nice difference overall.

It is a part of the rotating mass. It’s like putting lighter wheels on. It will not increase HP but it will allow you to acellerate faster. When you are racing and every millisecond counts you need it. Driving to work and back it is just somthing to talk about while standing in the parking lot with you hood open.

OK, I'll buy into the second part ...... it is pretty......

Oh, I haven't stood in a parking lot, with the hood up on my car, talking about it, since I dropped this puppy back into my 1948 Chevrolet coupe.

Now, where are those flathead Fords ...... bring em out .......

OK, next question. You say a lightweight pulley will not increase HP ....... but, will it increase torque .......??

I beleive I said a smaller pulley will increase torque/HP. This will reduce the amount of energy being transferred to the accessories.
