Nope...Don't buy it if there is one. It doesn't make any sense to pay any more than MSRP.

For most people paying more than MSRP is the only option if they want a specific car right now. This either means dealer markup, paying for a flight + taking vacation from work to drive it back, arranging to have it delivered for $1500 or so, etc.
Most days, with most cars, even paying MSRP is considered a Bad Deal. It's up to the buyer to decide how much they want to spend and if they would rather wait to get a better price down the line. This is how the market works. Edit: Full disclosure: I paid $1k over MSRP after several days of calling (almost) every dealer in the state. Most dealers had none, and those I found were wrong color/options or marked up $5k. In the end I'm ok with the deal, because I have my car, and the last month driving it has been Worth It (imo).
