Holds it to the cardboard in the blister pack. Supposed to get cut off before you play with the car.

Cusco probably measured some flex in that area so they decided this bar would be a good way to reduce it.

Probably? It is (or at least was) a Prius. Pretty sure that flex would be built in on purpose and would take some work to eliminate.

Did a minor mod that not everyone is gonna be a fan of. Since the whole front end and custom lights is lexus style I felt it was fitting to to this.
