No that's my friends WRX and his house. I was up visiting him and he helped with an install of the FT86 diff covers. We traded cars for some backroads. WRX are fast. HIs has mild mods. ~270-300 whp.

Honestly with the new Wrx being a little more reliable, I’d love one as a daily.

I think the WRX wagons check so many daily box's it's an impossible car to beat for the price. It just does everything a sporty car enthusiast likes. It's only missing new tech which is a pro for some and cons for others.

I also love the fiesta ST.

So I picked up some new wheels!!! WedsSports TC105N 17x9 +35.
I decided to go with Nitto NT05 235/40/17. I've heard a lot of good things about Nitto NT05 and NT01 so I am excited to try them out and the price was great.($150 a corner) These are going to be my track/summer wheels.

Pictures!

I was pretty sure the PP brembos fit with TC105N but I did a quick double check and confirmed it.

Greddy Circuit spec oil cooler.
I picked the Greddy oil cooler for the 17MY+ for my car.
Pictures from the install:

Stock with bumper off

Installing. You have to relocate one horn and the ambient temp sensor. Super easy. You also need to do some trimming on one of the plastic pieces for the oil hose routing.

Out for testing:

Defiantly the hardest thing I've installed yet. I ran into a few hiccups a long the way. A lot of this had to do with my lack of having the correct tools and the fact that the instructions are in Japanese. More pictures, reviews and thoughts coming soon.

Did a drift event down at The Ridge. Still really noob. But I had a blast. Starting to get it at the end of the day.

Sad day :(

I ended up crashing my BRZ. Very sad day. Luckily I am ok and not injured. I received word yesterday that my BRZ is being totaled out.

I am getting another BRZ. which I will start a new journal for. I had a lot of fun in this car. Funny how so much work and enjoyment can be erased so fast.

Here is my last clean shots before the incident.

Was a lovely looking car.

I plan on starting a new journal for my new BRZ when I get it.
In the mean time I am selling my current car in the damaged state. If you interested pm me. It still runs and drives & has brembo brakes. Would make a great race car.

-Elliot
