Two links control camber and toe, one is not factory adjustable, both are replaced by the SPC kit. The big beefy one with the green arrow is the 'lca' and the white arrow is 'toe' link (factory adjustable and not required to be replaced per the rule you quoted), they act like adjusting the two eccentrics on a Miata's lower a-arm, need to tweak both to dial in rear alignment.

I still go back to the suspension walkaround Edmunds did over five years ago, great pictures, solid descriptions. If there's a car I'm interested in understanding I search for a post like this first.
https://www.edmunds.com/car-reviews/...alkaround.html

A view from the back of the car, Yellow arrow is factory adjustable "toe" link, green is non-adjustable factory, SPC puts their adjustment on the other end via slotting the arm and having a cam on the bolt, I can't imagine it's any more precise than the factory toe eccentric which I hate with a passion at this point.

Ahhh ok. Thanks. Ok, so really, I'm going to say put some more force into those bolts to lock them down, welding shouldn't be needed or used.

I don't think anyone has really checked an SSC car at RRautox.

Yeah, some have. Just don't weld it. SCCA rules don't permit it.

I thought we had to use the adjustable toe arms too? (Not the bushings since those are for the stock arms.)

Under "mandatory parts":
SPC Performance® Adjustable Alignment Kit, part # 60620T, including:
• 81305 [(2) EZCam® XR bolts,14mm]
• 67660 [(2) rear adjustable lower control arm]
• 67655 [(2) rear adjustable toe arm]

Yes, while the SPC rear adj toe arm is not needed (OEM adjustment is fine), you need to install part # 67655.

Yep, which annoys me a lot. Unnecessary costs.

We checked, it didn't move. Last alignment was months ago. About 70 runs so far on concrete (two weekend events, one single, 3-4 drivers).

I torqued to ~70ft lbs and marked them. 3 drivers and about 50 runs...still good.

Any time you adjust camber you impact toe, and vice versa. That is why you always set camber(and caster if adjustable) prior to toe.

The BRZ does not have factory camber adjustment; however, it has factory toe adjustments.

So you can get DQ'd for only have the control arms, and not also having the toe arms?
