The front and rear are super, super sexy, but it's got a horrible profile. And it's because of those doors. Huh. Took me long enough to figure it out, LOL...

The only problem I've ever had with the RX-8 is the fact that the second set of doors just ruins the overall styling by stretching the body out. *looks at front* nice! *looks at back* dat ass! *looks at side* GAH!

I thought I was the only person on this planet that thought that the side profile ruined the RX8 because of those shitty back doors. The front and the rear was great but the middle section is way too long and the roofline wasn't sleek enough because of rear headroom.

I don't really care what Clarkson says because he's always trying to make some ridiculous and sensational remark. I figured he would give it a nod after the front page photo, the fact that he can fit in it, and the comment during the video but picking it as the winner? What's next? Is May going to say, "so quick, it ruins the experience?"

Doesn't it validate your purchase?

Since 1988 the M3/3 series has been king of the auto pundits. It's good to see something fresh as the M3 has gotten heavier and bigger with each iteration.

Of the three I was totally expecting Clarkson to hate it because its 'underpowered'....and its not a Mercedes.

Word.

Looking forward to seeing the most recent Stig thrash it around the track.

Some say he thought the 86 stood for 86 litres... and that the boxer engine got its name during a rough youth bullying the boys at the yard...

All we know, is he's called the Stig!

Interesting to see his view. So far he is one of the few that will call the 86 ugly which isn't surprising cause he said it before on TG news. Good to hear he likes it though.

Actually, from what I've read the boxer engine actually got its name because the motion of the pistons/rods mimics a boxer throwing punches.

Wow, nice win... And btw, there was so many nice cars that it's not even fun anymore. I want them all. Well, maybe not that 3wheeler and ford&vauxhall.

Actually, yes I do watch Top Gear, though admittedly only for the past couple years... I got the reference to the usual crazy "Stig intro" but I was just pointing out how what he said was actually quite close to the truth.

Only in the land of Brits where they can get away with talking about someone being born with genitals upside down without a lawsuit.
