Forgot to answer your question on the paint, i dont remember the brand but it was just a gloss black base coat and then i did a couple layers of clear on top of that. I scuffed it with a scotch bright pad.

Well i just couldnt justify spending 100 dollars on a sharkfin antenna so i improvised. I looked online at all different types of cars that come stock with shark fin style antennas. I found a stock black antenna cover that came off of a BMW on ebay for 20$ shipped, and decided what the heck ill give it a try. Well it finally came in today, it wasnt an exact fit but with just a little bit of customizing it turned out perfect.

So this is what it looked like when i got it.







So our stock antenna was a little wide so i had to shave a little off of both sides of the cover, and there was a dimple that i shaved off so that it would sit flush





Then i just put new double sided tape on it,





And then just put it on,









I dont know how much someone would charge you to paint match one of these but i bet it would still end up being cheaper then buying one for $100.

Gotta say your roof looks like it came out really good. Props on that and props on your willingness to scuff your pretty new paint to do it. I wouldn't have been able to make myself do that.

No kidding. Personally, I'd just vinyl wrap the roof gloss black.

It is just a antenna cover, I put a short screw where the antenna used to screw in at and I honestly can not tell a difference in radio connection. Still sounds crystal clear.

Love the exhaust tone, but it does have a big clearance issue.

Then I had to make a cover for the open side because I just couldn't deal with that opening.

Blacked out the interior, blacked out headlights, coilovers, fog lights, wheels, lip kit, spoiler, window visors and a few other odds and ends.
