I have yet to even be flashed but with the low stance of the car i doubt i will be, but out of curiosity why do you say faux?

I do agree but wheels are still a ways down the road for me. I did have an idea to add a little zest to the stock wheels though... here is a little photoshop.

Had you thought of plastidip on the wheels. I'm looking at the badges as you have done but am going to do the wheels as well.

How did you get the tint to wrap around the tail lights so nicely??

The curves and stuff make it look like quite a task

The tint on the taillights is a spray, it's not the same as film used for window tint.

It's a personal taste thing with me. I've never seen one I didn't think looked like the owner was trying too hard and it breaks up the (and most) car's visual line for me too much.

I was just confirming for the OP that, yep, I agree.

Jlturner is right i sprayed mine, what you do is put a couple drops of black into some clear coat and just keep applying coat after coat until they are at the desired tint. It is the only way i would recommend anyone to do it because they keep there shine and smoothness.

Thank you! Yours look great on your car but after having a car with the "blacked out" theme I wanted to do something different this time. I wish those grazio tails weren't so pricey. I just feel better about tinting than taking paint to my tails and having it be pretty much irreversible (unless you can somehow safely strip the paint and not alter the clear plastic on the tail that i'm not aware of)

You could always do the solid red tint! I thought about doing the solid red look before I tinted them black.
