Just noting that the MeisterR ZetaCRD comes with spherical bearing front top mount with camber adjustment, and OEM rear top mount for reduce NVH as standard.
They are pre-assembled and ready for install out of the box.
One of the many little details we put into our suspension.

Your suggestion was kind of a bit rough. I know you meant well but everyone has to start somewhere. Could op have done a little more digging himself and fact checked everything? Probably...

OP has the right idea though, he knows that 18x9.5 +40 wont fit stock struts. With the purchase of a set of coils this would resolve the issue fairly easily. One key thing to note is though is what size tires you will be running.
Don't just look at meaty tire thread and get a hard on. A majority of those guys have either rolled the fenders/slammed/cut some liner. I understand you are DDing the car, so I would assume you wont be going to these extremes?
Next fun part is LCAs, toe arms, alignment to dial everything in to fit your driving needs. All that is way too technical for this thread.

Back on topic though. All of the brands you listed are all very reputable and im sure if you searched them individually within the forum, you will find a review for each.
I'd say go for the Flex Z, as ive heard nothing but good things. Quality might not be on highest of the spectrum but for the price they are solid. Use that extra dough you save to pay for a nice set of rubber.
