Recommendation regarding exhaust and headers

If not I am evaluating this parts (for buy them ASAP) so I'll like your input since my experience on this topic is almost null:

- CAT-BACK EXHAUST 3.0" RESONATED FOR FR-S / BRZ / 86: there is only one left so if this is better than the 2.5" and t's shipper as price shown I'll go for this, you tell me
- CAT-BACK EXHAUST 2.5" RESONATED FOR FR-S / BRZ / 86

Regarding the headers I am still not know which one is better for the previous catbacks I have chosen:

- FT86 UnEqual Length Header in this case I don't know if adding termal coating will be helpful or it's recommended, again you tell me
- Gruppe-S Unequal length header UEL
