This BMW breakin thing is very old ingormation. Like at least 4 years.

Is the Toyota/Subaru system vulnerable to the same tactics the thieves used in this article?
It can be hacked...pretty much everything can.
It is massively easier to just drag the car onto a flatbed if somebody wants to steal it though. The high-tech solutions are generally too much of a pain in the ass to be better than the low-tech.
