Eh not as much for the environment I work in. More often than not it is user derp and/or said user not following procedure properly who then complains to the helpdesk lead who informs me, and then I go and set things straight (

if you know what I mean XD).

Been there long enough that most people won't argue with me anymore if I have to be involved for some reason.
