Awesome, the front plate bracket is perfect for the slim line plates! wonder if that's a QLD standard plate bracket size or aftermarket buy?

actually the front plate holder is too big for the slim line and you can see the gap above and below the plate.

You will get a better fit moving the nuts behind the plate and redrilling with a standard size plate.

My bad, your're right they actually are. However I've seen way worse, that fitting wouldn't bother me that much. Just wondering if those are the standard sized plate brackets here in QLD though.

Congrats on the new car mate! Can't wait for my GTS in same colour to arrive. Hopefully in January.

For the front slimline plate I remember seeing a thread in the forum. You can just take the bracket out altogether, drill mew holes in the plate to match the ones on the front bumper and mount the plate directly with some spacers in between so that the plate doesn't touch the body and mess with your paint or anything.

Also for opticoat I've heard Detail Evolution being recommended from some fellow forum members in Brisbane.

Picked the car up this afternoon from Fulcrum. I cannot speak highly enough of Adam and the guys at Yeerongapilly Fulcrum, they looked after me extremely well. I'd recommend them in a heart beat. This was the first MonoFlex kit they have done for the 86 in Brisbane.

I have not driven the car all that much as I've just gotten home. But the initial feeling is very promising. The front and rear are set on 8k/8k and the ride is not overly harsh. You are aware of the bumps, but it's more like the suspension is just letting you know they are there, as opposed to raping your spine. To be honest, the ride quality is not all that different from stock.

The balance of the car feels great, and the turn is wonderfully responsive and direct. The car is still legal with the lowest points front and rear being 110mm and 108mm respectively.

The guys from Fulcrum took a heap of photos of the build and will be emailing me them, so as soon as I get them, they will be up here.
