I agree!! Thanks for going through the tough stuff. Shops don't usually disclose what kind of work they have to do to make things fit.

Okay, Found my ignition source wire. I am going to run a relay (possibly Fan relay 2 that I removed earlier) to power the Ignition source for GM harness. Using the Grey C/Open relay trigger wires (IG2) to trigger ignition relay.

If you follow the Grey wire that comes from IG2 and C/Open relay it leads to the ECM ignition switch wire (from what I understand that is what it is on the ECM). This is the end of wiring for my swap until the MRS Device arrives.

Edit: This wire at the ECM is needed for the MRS Can Bus Device. Keep that in mind, I bought a package of wire taps the other day to make sure I had them ready. Wire is at Connector A33 - Pin 27 Grey wire

Steal away! That was the reason I wanted to angle it. Better intake and the possibility of venting the radiator out the hood. With how the hoses are, the venting is going to be a little more challenging than I originally thought. I'll get it eventually. More pictures tonight. Not a lot of progress as I am at the hospital.

Ha, I really appreciate the wiring you are sharing... that is where I fall apart. Its going to help a lot. I canceled everything with vorshlag, ordered the parts I need and now everything will be here by tomorrow. Shame I waited so long.

I'm hoping ill have my car running by the time you head up here for the car meet in KC.

He has Vorshlag Mounts from what I remember.

I still need to call and cancel my order for the slave cylinder. Will definitely be doing that tomorrow.

Got the Ignition wire and relay hooked up. Didn't get any pictures as I was sort of rushed. Also got the radiator hose routing chosen. I spent about 45 minutes going through O'reillys radiator hose selection trying to figure out hoses that would work. I left empty handed and resorted to ordering the silicone bends and aluminum tubing. I am going to redo the routing later when I install slim fans and shroud. Right now, plan is to just get it running. I never realized how expensive small silicone hose is.

Core Support Cut. No turning back haha. Needs cleaned up and paint still. Won't be able to tell it's there under the bumper support piece. If the storms forecasted the next few days are anything like last week, Won't be doing anything until Saturday

Intake. The MAF Slot will be moved when final assembled. Cool piece that Texas Speed includes with engine. Has a honey comb in front of maf to help smooth air out.

Fed-Ex has notified me of a package being delivered today, and I have no idea what it is. It is either the bash bar, or the can bus device. Neither of which I have received a notification that the product is shipped. So it's like Christmas.

Called Vorshlag to cancel my slave cylinder/TOB order and got told I would be contacted later today as the person taking care of that was on the other line. Not holding my breath as I have been told that before. Being optimistic though.

Currently trying to decide what filter I want to run. Between a large Carbon Fiber K&N and an oval AEM Dry Flow... $200 vs $90. hmm...

Edit: The good thing is, even with the possible storms, I have packages coming in. So you guys will get SOMETHING to look at. Not anything actually good or exciting, but something is better than nothing? Maybe...

I am guessing the package is the MRS device. See if I am right when It arrives.

It is not

I've been watching your progress closely and I'm holding off shipping as long as I can as I have another tester back online and want to make 100% sure everything is working tip top to avoid any frustrations. We should be testing within a day.

No problem! Thanks for the update. I'll be patiently waiting.

Package wasn't shipped from a city/state where any of the companies that sell the drift armor bar is sold. So this shall be interesting.

I am using Vorshlags mounting solution. Putting the motor in for the final time tonight.

Just got a call from Vorshlag, and the Master slave cylinder kit is in and ready for shipping... so this may be what you have on the way Dustin.
