First of the three boxes showed up today.

Not happy about this. though damage isn't too bad. Summit could have done better on packaging.

^Thats an LS3 style water pump. I think you'll find the LS2 fits better (better clearance for intake/upper rad hose, etc)

Yes, LS3 Water Pump to go with my LS3 Accessories, and LS3 Crank Pulley. Same thing Vorshlag is running. (well same thing @cf6mech is running)

Edit: See the pump you are talking about. I'll deal with this one, not too big a difference.

The LS2 corvette pump has the same pulley FYI.

Is your engine an LS3 also? or an LS2? Take a pic of the backside of the pump.

I should have waited and did that measurement on my own, but oh well.
Thanks for the detailed explanation. I scoured the internet yesterday for PS delete on the Corvette LS2. Was able to find GM sells a kit basically to delete it, but what it amounts to is to delete the PS pump and use a shorter belt (the one used for S10 2.2L 98-02 IIRC).

I have everything needed from that kit except the alternator and belt so that's all I will need.

Edit: @wooly35 Where did your transmission come from? I saw Zer0's came from Dederichs Motorsports, and Sent them an email yesterday... Got a reply today that they have them on the shelf ready to ship out... So wondering if yours came from the same company, or if Vorshlag is using Multiple Companies and that could be why I have waited so long ( I highly doubt it as even a newly order trans is only a 1-2 month wait)

Called Dederichs. He said he would check into the order. He has sent quite a few of them out recently, and isn't sure why my order wouldn't have gone out. Told me to call him back Monday if I don't hear back from him today. A+ customer service, kind of wish I would have ordered directly through them.
Mine came from Dederichs Motorsports... had it within the 2 month period.

I'm not sure you will want to run the corvette alternator bracket. I think it is best to stick with the CTS-V LS6 accessory kit and just not use the steering pump

If this is directed at me, why not?

I have all LS2 accessories, just need the alternator itself and shorter belt. From pictures it seems it will fit and it's not taller than the intake.

Would really suck to just throw all that away and buy $800 worth of CTS-V accessories. I'll at least try the setup and see if it fits before ordering anything else.

Should have done a little more research on that one. Guess I will be returning that one and getting the correct one. It's even cheaper by $10 lol

Luckily (or very un-luckily?) I highly doubt the transmission (mounts/driveshaft depending on who I go through) will be here any time soon. So I have plenty of time
What is the correct Master part No.?

Parts came in and got pictures of everything. Accessory drive stuff came in a giant box all by itself.

This happened today:

So Really interested in getting this swap done ASAP. Hoping to get everything squared away on the trans Monday. See if Vorshlag can Expedite mounts/driveshaft/TOB.
