Made this week's loaf (#4) today. Tried bread flour instead of all-purpose this time. I made a couple minor mistakes but somehow it came out looking like more of a loaf than any of the ones I've made so far.

Will slice into it sometime this evening.

Looks fantastic. Bread flour is the way to go. What recipe are you using, I would like to try it.

I made baguettes this week. No pic.

I bought 6 chickens on sale at 90¢ a pound, and butchered them up. Using the backs for broth. Have 24 wings for superbowl, and 12 family meals packaged.
