Today I finally got an alignment after installing my Koni struts, Eibach springs, and SPC rear lower control arms almost 2 weeks ago. I found out that the left rear toe arm and the bracket on the body it attaches to is bent. So much for "Toyota certified pre-owned"....
They got the front where I wanted (-2° camber and 0° toe), but I had to compromise on the rear. I wanted -1.5° camber and .15° total toe, but I ended up settling for -1.4° camber and . 11° total toe. It's not perfect, but it's very close. Either way, it's better than what I had and the car drives much better now. |

Yes, I absolutely can feel the difference. It's perfect because it's the number I told them I wanted.

Ordered an intake tube, floor mats and an AC delete. And a used wiper assembly.
Ahhhhhh, that felt good!! I've been holding off ordering car parts for months.

Quite disappointing that Toyota didn't clean my TRD air filter during my visit but rather just gave me a stock filter to install myself. I suppose that was expected considering the extra work they would have to do. Anyway, sources tell me that I should stay away from the TRD cleaning kit and go with the K&N. It cleaned up nicely. Just let the product soak for a 10mins, rinse, and air dry. Sprayed a light coat of oil on one side if you want and you're good to go.

I removed the AC parts just in the engine bay. They weighed in at 15.6lbs. My scales are very accurate. The Tech that recovered the "freon" said it was likely worth 1-1.5lbs. I still have to remove the dash to get the rest and the electrical. It's likely north of 20 lbs in total.
