Got around to installing my mishimoto induction pipe and eliminating the sound tube. What a nice difference in cabin noise, and engine bay looks cleaner. Kept the resonator as per their research, every little bit helps....

Maybe both?

My commute round trip is 60 miles, so I get close to 16K from that. This past year featured road trips to Colorado and Louisiana, plus 10x 330-mile round trips from my home to Chicago over a 15-day period to keep any eye on my daughter, who was hospitalized but is now all better.

Back to Louisiana in May for a different daughter's wedding, and I'm planning a trip to the Seattle area over the summer.

Picked up my new wheels from the powder coat place...

Just have to burn through the current tires to justify a swap!

I am going from 23lbs/wheel to 14.7lbs/wheel - hope my butt-dyno is sensitive enough to notice this!

Will also depend on the tire specs. Beefy tires are heavy.

NA car... going for MPSS 225/45R17 square @ 22lbs... current tires are 20lbs, so saving about 6lbs/corner.

First thing I ever did to my car. Definitely looks like it belongs there. The blank space was kind of annoying.

Edit: found a pic. Mine showed up with a little character flaw, but it doesn't bother me very much.

Parked it in the garage for the impending Nor'easter Doom they keep talking about. Snowblower's parked right in front of it, ready to go with fresh gas.

Got 3 of my new wheels installed last night, a stud on one of the oem wheels was stripped and discount tire couldn't replace it, my car is now at Toyota getting the wheel removed and the studs replaced for free! I'm glad my Toyota dealership is so cool. I'll have all the new wheels on by the end of today!

I also bought these on Amazon last month, I had weathertech mats before these and the only real difference I've noticed was the price difference lol.
