I've been really meticulous about checking my pattern on other cars in front of me. It rarely goes above the bumper of a car 20 feet away and I've never seen it glint off of the side mirrors or rear view mirror. Haven't had any oncoming cars flash their high beams at me either.
Did you have modify anything to make it work?

Not at all. It's a direct plug-n-play kit. I did use some 3M Extreme Fasteners to mount the ballasts in my engine bay. Wasn't keen on the idea of them flopping around while I drove. Supposedly these velcro strips are water and heat resistant so their adhesive should last for the long haul.

I tried to take a photo of the cutoff, but again I'm about 4-5 feet from the wall so make of it what you will. I held my phone at about side mirror height for reference.

Actually, if you compare it to what the stock halogens would be producing, the squirrel finder pattern is actually a bit dimmer with the LEDs (it's actually the Morimoto 2Stroke Kit not HIDs) than stock.

Check out this post: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...17&postcount=3

Or if you don't feel like it, here are the images a user posted comparing his stock halogen headlights to a different LED kit (which I assumed he DID bend his squirrel finder for the headlight it was installed in)

If anything, it actually looks like the 2Strokes produce less glare with the squirrel finders than the stock halogens do But to be fair, not all photos are shot with the same settings or ambient light so they can never be 100% reliable.

Here's another post that depicts what poor squirrel finder glare would look like: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7967

This user has gone for HIDs in stock projectors. As you can see, they're give or take at about the same distance from the wall as my shot was, but their squirrel finder projection is far wider and brighter.

If I start getting drivers flashing their high beams at me, I'll definitely reconsider these bulbs or at the very least bend the squirrel finders down. But the whole idea of these 2Strokes were that they were a complete plug-n-play replacement for the stock halogens and were designed from the ground up with that in mind, not just cheap chinese LEDs that were then attached to an H11 mount.

Again, photos can be misrepresentative of what's actually happening, but I haven't seen anyone react to my headlights adversely and in Temecula, people are quick to jump down your throat about damn near everything.
