Wait that is from yours! But it's just washer fluid, you can see the spill on the second pic. Goodness use a funnel Subaru people!

Hehe glad you have your car bud! I'm excited and it's not even mine haha

I don't mind the look of the plate in the center, but you never know who is drilling into your brand new car.

Just for everyone's entertainment, here's an interesting overview of the 2017 BRZ from Planet Subaru:

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RSOXC1Cm0Pw"]2017 Subaru BRZ review...what's new? - YouTube[/ame]

They put it up on a lift and go over the undercarriage as well, which makes it especially insightful, although the quality is a little on the blurry side.

Nope. There are actually a bunch of us that have discussed that before and many don't care. I for one think it looks weird to be missing or on the side since I have seen plates in the center for so many decades. I just dress it up with a nice cover and it becomes part of the car in my eyes.

I'm about to make the jump for the DGM, I'm going right after I get off work. My rep is gonna hate me if I ditch my order. Someone tell me I won't regret switching to DGM from white. I only have a few hours to make this decision lol my wife thinks the DGM is more badass...I'm hoping seeing it in person will tip me over. Plus I can take the DGM tonight, whereas my order has yet to be delivered. Also, I'd be able to get the DGM $500 less than my actual order and then apply my loyalty voucher. 😊

DMG looks good...when it's clean. It's the closest you will get to owning a black car.

White will look clean even when you don't have time to wash it weekly.

Did I hear that Ice Silver Metallic is no longer an option? That's a terrific color IMO.

See it in person before you decide. And putting the sheer number if whites aside, which do you like more?

But i do think gray and black looks amazingly shiny on the road compared to the other colors.

Oh no Ice silver is still available and I agree that DGM is the closet you'll get to a Black car. You'll have the same issues as a black car too, but I'm sure white as the same issues @Elleteeh

Coming from a dark gray Civic Si I am leaning towards silver. Much cooler in the summer and easier to keep clean.

This answered a big question for me.

I originally wanted a white BRZ that was in my dealer's showroom, but after browsing every paint color thread on these forums, I ended up falling in love with the dgm BRZ and ordered one. I have absolutely zero regrets and it looks great in all lighting.

Your dealer wont care about you ditching your order, they can always sell it to someone else. They just want to make a sale. I say go for it!

DGM: I love the metallic flakes and appearance of two colors in one, but I dislike the similarities to a black car and keeping it clean.

White: Easy to mix & match with any color and definitely sexy on this car imo.

I'm just going to trust my original assessment and not make this impulsive switch last minute lol. My rep just told me it's on the truck and either coming tonight or tomorrow. I just have to endure this wait a little longer, I'm sure seeing white in person will put it all to rest. So far everyone posting pics has me so amped up lol gonna be so sleepless tonight.
