JPM Handbrake Boot Install?
Has anyone made a DIY for these? I've searched for one and can't find a step by step guide.
Also, for anyone who has installed one already, what adhesive did you use after peeling the stock handbrake boot off?

Not for this car but for others I have owned, E6000 adhesive works well- just let it set overnight.

When I did my BRZ hand brake handle and boot install all I did was rip off the stock one (takes some muscle and twisting but it will give) then unclipped and slid off the stock boot. Slid the new one on, clipped it in and then I believe I just gooped a little bit of crazy glue on the ebrake arm itself and slid the new ebrake handle on (which also takes some muscle to get on).
I honestly don't think I even needed to apply any glue. The left over residue probably would have held it just fine. Unless you drift or something and are constantly yanking up on your ebrake. |

This is what I used. I didn't get enough on the thinner area of the plastic mounting piece so I had to go back and redo that section as it was coming up a bit. Install is really easy - just pull up from the base of the drivers side of the boot and slide it over the E-brake handle. Carefully peel the crappy fake leather off the plastic mounting piece, clean the plastic well, then spray the adhesive and mount the new boot.
Could've sworn there was a DIY on here, I'll post it up if I can find it.

Ended up using this. Worked pretty well. Some of the thinner edges are coming up ever so slightly, but shouldn't be hard to go back and touch them up
