What Florida shops can install rocket bunny for us?

Hey so boyfriend has authentic greddy rocket bunny kit and we are having a hard time finding a shop to install it. All the shops don't want to touch it and one even quoted 50-60 hour install time which sounds a little excessive. Any shops within a few hours range of Orlando can do this for us? He also needs paint.

Probably not a great idea to put your phone number on a internet forum.

50-60 hours sounds reasonable. They're doing a ton of cutting and modifying of parts. Bodykits never fit 100% and then paint / prep. To do a widebody right is a huge undertaking.

Thank you i contacted them,
hopefully I hear back soon!

We are not trying to cheap out on the work, however all quotes that we got where in the 10-15 thousands and that seems a little excessive for something multiple people have done in their home garage in a few days.

We were ready and willing to pay 6500 at one shop and that wasn't enough so now we are searching for another shop:/

Yeah I think 6500 is a little low personally.

Most bodyshops will want to prep and blend the panels correctly after they modify them. Blend the bumpers, take the rear off to cut it and blend....Plus whatever filler and modification to the actual bodykit that is needed to make it flush, correct, and properly paintable.... It is a pretty big undertaking to make them right.

The ones you see done in garages or done cheaply are generally hacked up and then vinyl wrapped with some off the shelf wheels and spacers.

I don't think they are looking to have the kit molded to the body.

I agree, paint and body work isn't cheap. Well, it can be, but you get what you pay for. Most of the rb kits I've seen are just thrown together. Fenders get hacked apart (no water proofing), slap the kit on, a vinyl wrap to cover up the mess and some wheels that don't quite fit (F14s).
