Mine had no engraving. The issues run much deeper.

I had a very similar experience to OP. Custom shift knob order sent in, followed by my immediate email regarding the custom knob. 1.5 months go by and I here nothing from them. Not even a "Yes we can do that" or "No sorry how about 'x'." Finally two months in I email them again and they said it was not even started yet. No apology or anything. Finally two and a half months into the whole thing it arrives without what I even originally wanted because I never got a follow up email from them about my options.

While others on here love Boss Floss and had great experiences, I did not. While I've never bashed them, I will never use their product again.

What's up with all these new aftermarket companies having time to post 100 pictures a day on instagram but can't respond to an email same day?

lol right?! I made a statement on their Instagram about how I was still waiting for my knob and a few hours later it magically disappeared.

I benefited from another guys crap experience with them haha. This dude bought a Snoball Heavyweight from them with a custom stormtrooper engraving. Well when he got the ball in the mail, no engraving. He tried to get a hold of them to return it, no luck with that. He finally just gave up and sold it to me. Personally I think their product is awesome, if you can get them to ship it or make it right.

I ordered a shorty heavyweight when I first got my car nearly 2 years ago, custom engraving and had no issues. I've been tempted to order another with a different engraving, but given the drama lately, it makes me hesitant. I would consider Lathewerks, but man they are pricey.

Yeah it's a real quandry, it's badass if you can get it in your hands. Your money and time could be wrapped up for months with a shit resolution. You buy lottery tickets?

I love My Ti Sphere from WC Lathewerks. It was one of my first mods. I took the knob to the dealership when i picked up my car and swapped it out before even driving off the lot. Yea they are pricey but the craftsmanship and service is amazing. I highly recommend WC Lathewerks. My knob came up to $150+ when all was said and done.

I optioned my potential knob out with the titanium, blue/silver finish, 5 grooves atop, and no engraving. It totalled to $159. I mean... I spent more than that on my TRD leather knob, but

That could be spend on a nice high class sushi bar!
