Coyoda does it. Most kits should be able to do it. Though some are harder than others

Both our Stage 1 and Stage 2 kits have very little turbo noise and use diverter valves that vent into the intake system and wastegates that vent into the exhaust system.

I'm running a treadstone turbo kit with the BorgWarner EFR turbo which has the wastegate and bov recirculating so it's not noisy.Does make awesome noise when in boost though
