Just FYI - I don't think your tips are pushed all the way in...they should be flush with the diffuser cutouts. There are other threads showing this around here.

I pushed them in as far as I could. There's a raised edge on the tip that stops them from going further. Anyone with the tips jammed them in pass the raised edge?

Search Ebay. (BRZ JDM Tips) They are expensive, but ship real fast. Still not sure how they came from Japan in 2-3 day to Ohio.

Installed my Eibach Pro Kit springs and went ahead and swapped out the transmission and differential fluid with Motul 300 while I had it up on jack stands.

This is what the magnetic drain plug in the differential looked like after 2200 miles, covered in fluid and metal shavings.

Tips were installed last week. Debadged "SUBARU" today. Glue residue was super stubborn to get off even with WD40 and in 90 degree heat. Gonna roll with the BRZ badge for now but I'll probably rip those off too.
where did you get these wonderful toys? how was the install screws on or weld

The takumi figure is over 10yrs old.

Tips were screw on. Super easy, just remove the OEM tips and screw the new tips on.
