I'm about to put a mesh guard over the cooler to protect against road debris, and the other bonus is the plastic panel it is mounted in can actually deflect upwards to a fair degree if it does struck something solid. |

Put on some heat protection where the exhaust passes the diff and cooks the seal until it lets go.

I too took a mountain drive today. Went through the "Back of the Dragon" by myself for an hour and then I tagged along with a group of C7 Grandsports. They were going quite slow.
