Fake Cop!

Anyone encounter a fake cop on the road before?

One tried to pull me over just now -- he tried to get me to stop, but I ignored him the moment I saw the civilian plate, then he followed me onto an exit with some back roads I know well, and I lost him by the second corner.

My dash cam isn't that great at night, so I'm still trying to decipher the plate.

Interesting commute home tonight to say the least.

Pothole warnings? Where do I get this?

I hated my ACT. Make sure you have the updated TOB in the kit, as there is no known aftermarket TOB.

Same here. My ACT SB7-HDSS kit made my FR-S lock out of 1st gear about 5k into it. Had an upgraded Verus fork and everything. Never figured out why.

Same here. We even sent it back to ACT and they tested it and said everything was ok. It is in a box in the garage still like new. The locking out got better with the Verus fork/pivot. I would also have engagement/disengagement problems. Sometimes I would have my foot to the floor and still be creeping forward. Then sometime would go to take off and lifting the clutch with nothing happening, have the clutch half way off the floor and suddenly engage, like you dumped the clutch.

Those look awesome! Have you had a chance to use them? About how high does it get the car off of the ground? I may have to buy a set.

Installed brand new Subaru door lock actuators.

For the past couple months my door locks wouldn't work. I did some research and found out the actuator straight up goes bad eventually.

Install was MUCH easier than expected. It's only held on by 3 bots.

Doors now have a matching lock noise and the door handles have more resistance when pulling, just like new.

I haven't used them yet as the temperature has dropped to the single digits the last few days. Hopefully if it warms up I can do an oil change this weekend. Their specs claim to raise the car around 18-19 inches

I've been itching for an aftermarket wheel since I switched from my WRX with a DAMD wheel to the BRZ. Is the diameter the same as stock? Can you measure the differences from the stock wheel? Or take a picture with the stock wheel up against the new one?
