Nope, that is all YOU wanted. It didn't need either and if it had them I would be swapping to something else since I despise HID headlights. That sort of stuff is totally subjective.

As far as badge confusion those that cared knew and those that didn't know didn't care.

Here they only offered the Monograms in White, black or red regardless of tranny.

I think people just don't like admitting that they bought a 25k Scion to others. At least saying you drive a Toyota makes non-car people think that you are somewhat responsible.

People that had no clue as to what Scion was also had no clue as to how much they 'should' have cost. Car guys reflecting their thought process on everybody again when 99.9746523% of the population never heard of Scion nor knew they were supposed to be cheaper.

I want to get rid of those stupid LED DRL's. Carista to the rescue for now. They are, however, much better as headlights than the FR-S had.

I just noticed my insurance docs show me having a 2017 Scion FR-S. Now I must rebadge.
Time to call them, I guess. I need to go look at the registration as well!

They would have determined the make and model from the VIN you gave them so maybe they still show up as FRSs in the system.

Probably didn't change the VIN since its not a "new" model. Has anyone ever renamed a car between years before?

Didn't Ford do that with the Ford Five Hundred go through that. It went from Five Hundred to Taurus iirc.

100s have I am sure but not since everything was computerized. The system will probably catch up eventually.

You can erase all the Scion badges on your car, you can buy one after Scion is gone with real Toyota badges but you can't erase the "toyota SCION frs" on your registration HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Scion forever!!!
