These seem to look better after you put a front plate on them. It hides the "nose".

I get the whole its an open thread on a public forum thing, so you can consistently say the same thing over and over, but if its just gonna be trashing the exterior of the refresh in EVERY post you have in this thread, then just stop.

@Ashikabi Nothing really all too wrong with the ZZT230. The looks are hit and miss with most people, especially if the TRD aero kit was involved. I always was, and still am, neutral on their looks.

I can't remember how many times I've gone over it. But seriously it's a car that need to be seen In person. It really comes together well, very few people has seen both in person. some ways because of its drastic change it makes the other twin very in some ways boring I think both cars are beautiful in their own way.

As I was in the market for these, I'd asked my significant other to take a look at both car just for fun to see what she thinks. She's not someone who really know about cars but she's very honest about things and say it as it is, when asked which appeals to her she said

That Toyota looks like it has a personality, it seems like there's emotion. Not like it's angry but like it wants to be driven.

The Subaru looks kinda like everyother car where's the personality, if you told me this was a Hyundai I would have believed you.

Just thought it was interesting in what she said. I based by decision on price.

Just for fun when asked about the Celica

She said is that a two door Prius?

Lol I liked the Celica when it was around but I thought it was funny she said that

Toyota dropped the last gen celica for a couple reasons, the most blatant was sales. Think they sold less than 10k in 2004, and even fewer in '05 (half year for sales though).

You could argue that the newly released Scion tC was cannibalizing sales, though the celica GT-S was definitely more sporty than the tC but it did cost more.

Definitely wasn't looks though. I remember the praise it got in that department from all the car mags at its release in 2000.
