Maybe the export models, but it wasn't an available option when I bought mine. I were sad.

That sucks! I am not sure I would have bought it without it. About 80% of my miles are on cruise.

I was really sad, seriously. I run up and down the expresway enough that it would have some real utility.

I do hope they have a more basic version as well though since it was the lack of such things as steering wheel buttons and other useless (to me) dodads that drew me to the FRS in the first place.

With that being said, pretty much happy with the current car and already looking toward a different one down the line. Pretty sure the regulars here can guess which ones I keep mentioning from time to time

What was the most expensive car you have bought off the lot (adjusting for inflation, etc)

Ha! There were earlier ones but I'll start with the B210 bought for 500 bucks in 86 when I was stationed on Guam. I bought my '70 240Z for $2600 when I came back to the mainland in '89. I killed it in 2000 just before I moved to Minnesota so I bought my neighbor's '91 Eclipse for $1200. They gave me $500 for it when I payed cash for the FR-S.

So it looks like I don't need to shell out 55k+ for that base model F-Type in the future to have fun cars......
