Can you imagine the legal ramifications if they recipient gets a woman pregnant? Who's the bio father? mind = blown. Although if this was mine being donated, I'd require a very comprehensive and complex legal agreement to ensure that I wasn't liable for any "actions" taken with said organ.

Lets assume for a moment that this is real, the testicle is actually a fairly complex "organ" (technically a gland or gonad). I hear about vasectomies being reversed with mixed results, so I would bet that even if the testicle wasn't rejected by the recipent, conceiving a child would be very difficult, if not impossible.
