As long as they have a thinner sole any shoe works fine. Most driving shoes I have seen, and I have seen a lot standing around in drivers meeting, have really narrow soles. I have a pair of Puma driving shoes, they were not that expensive but are a bit narrow at the toes and get uncomfortable over a weekend.

I've been seeing their stuff lately pop up social media for shopping. Really trying to resist on getting myself some Seats, Hoodies, and shoes.

Honestly a bad pizza is still good to me, but a bad steak is just bad. I would take a good steak over a good pizza though.

Bad steak I can make into fajitas. Bad pizza is just bad pizza. Moderate pizza is pretty good overall, but there's some real bad pizza out there.

Funny you mention that. I've been gauging interest in doing some dry aging on the side. A little time can make you some serious bank if your willing to wait.

Inexpensive deck shoes as worn on sailing boats are the trick. We used to advise our driving students to buy a cheap pair for wearing in the rain. (You'd get soaked in our old Reynards and ruin expensive race shoes.) The only caveat was to wear your flame retardant socks when trying on said shoes. Most people buy a half size smaller because they don't wear socks when onboard their boats. Our school didn't require flame retardant shoes but all under garments, gloves, suits and head coverings had to be.
