this is the part that aggravates me so much. maybe it's not a big deal for salary positions that can come and go as they please, but i'm an hourly employee, and whether i can work on any given day screws up at least 2 trucks and 3 other guys.

all for $15/day.

they turned a civic duty into rounds of humiliation and profit losses.

there's got to be a better method to this madness. i vote to bring back the guillotine.

That one time in Superior court is my only time I had to report. I've had a few municipal court summons where you call in, but never had to report. I always had a high number.

This time I have to be available the entire month of February, and my number is like 523. I'm for sure going in. My guess here in Caldwell it will be either DUI , drug possession, or property theft. Those are our big crimes.

That is the way it has always been in Superior court. I did the same thing in the early 1980's with a stabbing case. Started Monday morning. Took a full week to get the jury. When they were done with jury selection Friday afternoon, I was one of two people not called up and excused.

I was surprised we met on Friday. Usually judges play golf on Fridays.

Yeah, that was my first time doing a Superior court assignment. Haven't had any summons since (it was maybe 3 years ago?).

Honestly, next time I'm summoned and it's a similar situation, if they call me to the juror group itself I'll just say I can't be trusted because I don't trust the system after that circus I went through as a witness to the i5 fatal accident.

How damp? But yeah I don't typically get squirrely in 3rd in that condition. Occasionally from first when a light turns green but that's it.

Like it rained this morning but it's humid and cloudy so the roads aren't dry yet.

I also have problems in first pulling away from a stop like a normal person (vs my usual self lol...)

If so, be careful, you will never know when they will slip and fall. Just the last time I went across the snow covered street to get the mail, my smooth bottom house slippers damn near dumped me in the middle of the street -

how old are the tires?

your motor's still stock right?

Uhhh 4, maybe 5 years? BFG all seasons, used full time first year, "winter" set use after that.

Just got the alignment checked/adjusted this summer.
