PS - I got this magnet that goes around the gas line for sale - it aligns the gas molecules so as to give the engine more power - iffen you're interested, PM Bubba, I think he has a few left.

Current housing code probably requires it to be anchored to the floor in case of an earthquake. At least 2 5/8 wedge anchors in an 18inch footing on opposite corners.

I can now say that the most obnoxious thing I've had to do as a homeowner is replace a single failed smoke detector in a wired system. That said, I'll probably replace the others next month now that I know the new version works with the old plugs.
