I don't worry about lighter parts because, while I could lose weight, I almost certainly won't and all the money would be wasted.

I'm selling my rental property and it's great 10 years rent in one shot... of course I have slight problem with the front railing because it's rusted metal and I can't find replacement parts or a contractor.. FHA is unamused. (The side steps were easy because it was wood steps and railing not rusted)

Thanks to my late Grandpa's old level! It's a magical device. Seriously though it's a solid metal one. My Dad has a machine shop and my brothers don't do actual labor so I inherited all my Grandfather's tools. Some of it's quality stuff, probably outlive me too. I'm not going to knock my modern Ryobi shit though because it did what I needed it to do as well. (and let's be real lightweight Lithium-Ion batteries make for nice easy portable cordless work).

i know a few contractors that use the ryobi stuff every day. despite it's looks, none of them have ever had any complaints about performance. they do exactly as they need.

Contractors are really hard to find right now. That's the only reason I rebuilt those steps. Normally I would just pay a pro. I like projects when they are custom and for myself... but otherwise nah. Now I'm about to ground this wire my AC guy seemed to have skipped. fyi, anytime i've got a panel open like that, i go through and tighten all of the screws on the breakers, and especially the neutral bars. the majority of the time, they're always some different levels of loose.

but your panel looks very clean and well put together. no double wires under single screws, the original installer took the time to keep everything clean. though that a/c wire install is a little hacky-- if it's a normal residential a/c unit, that's only a 2-wire and a ground connection, they were likely using the white as the ground-- would need to check the disconnect on the side of the house to confirm. but there are plenty of people that still believe that the ground is 'optional' everywhere. causes major issues later on...
