The article said it's not attributed to gambling but I'm not so sure. Seems like such a soulless place. I know it's still a very popular destination so I admit to having the minority opinion. Just not my cup of tea.

We hardly even gamble when we go. There is actually a lot to do there for fairly cheap (since they want to draw people in to gamble). So if you go there and do just about everything except gamble it's good cheap fun. I mean if they give us like match play coupons or something it's hard to say no..

Mr. and Mrs. @Tcoat love it too. I went there to see Jerry Garcia and friends a few months before he passed. We camped down on the lake. That was fun.
