My wife's birthday was earlier this month. Or son and his wife in Sacramento area sent her some flowers. Well, I guess his wife forgot to change the address on whatever service they used to pay for them, and last night she ordered some ice cream from Coldstone thru grub hub. Yep, we got ice cream last night.

I thought that was funny.

Right? That's what we did, when we sold our house. Got multiple offers. Picked one, and went on. There was 1 hiccup, but that was buyer side loan issue and not on my side.

So we put the offer. Seller didn't like the EM, so they counter offer wanting $20k EM. We counter offer w $5k EM or $10k EM w seller paying up to $5k on the closing. They're still not convinced that we want that house. Seller is an agent/co-worker of my agent (they work same place). I told my agent that we really like that house and not planning to back out, UNLESS it's a meth house or some dead bodies are hidden. Even then, he's not convinced. I'm at this point, I'm questioning his business ethics and having a doubt of the house... well more like when we do house inspection and need to fix, he gonna cheap out or bitch at us. Now, I'm questioning his business ethics and questioning the house now. Side of my head, he just want that $10k because he knows there's something wrong w the house and take that $10k.

Doesn't sound very reasonable. No telling what an inspection will find.

Well, if it were me, I'd make his dreams come true and just say "I'm now down to $1000 EM, and only if you accept by end of the day."

Haha he'll flat out reject the offer. Annoying thing for me is, he knows he have the upper hand. He doesn't "need" to sell it. He can just say no and keep the tenant. That's why he's doing all the crazy counter offer and other shit. He claim he's "risking" by selling it. Even though over and over we've stated that we want that house. No shit, selling the house always have a risk.

I'm getting 60-130mbps down (they advertise 50-150 so accurate and my DSL is only 25)

~23 up! (love that my DSL is like 3up)

34ms ping (about the same 36ms on my DSL)

Not bad! The speed is supposed to double and the lag halve after the next big launch/update. The pole mount is just a standard 1.5in dia satellite TV mount I drilled and extra large hole into.

Yeah... poor guy. My agent have been superb! Not single complain at all (both selling our house and house hunting). Just his co-worker just been d-bag.

Bought Ninja gaskets. So hopefully they'll come soon to stop from one of my tail light getting condensation.

Man this is some BS, 3000 series NVIDIA GPUs sell out within seconds. I got two different trackers running and they have delayed notifications. I know I already got a good set up but still...... I want my 3070.

Sounds to me like he has no desire to sell this house. To heck with the cheese, I'd want out of this maze. I have zero tolerance for this kind of stuff, either you want to sell it or you don't, and you accept my offer or you don't. There are other houses.
