After 18 showing in 2 days. Only had 2 offers... not in rush to sell, so gonna wait til Monday to see all the offer options.

that's a lot of showings for not a lot of offers. in my area, 18 showings is typical in the first day, but then there's an average of about 5-10 offers, usually at or above asking price.

Yeah I could imagine a half the people are deciding between a few places and will make a decision at some point so a few offers might come in like a week later. The other half are just those weirdos that go on tours of peoples houses because get off on it or something (or are extremely undecided and/or just feel like testing themarket).

Atm we had a several more solid offers came in this morning. Prob buyers sleep on the decision. Agent said he’ll wait til tonight (5pm) to get all the offers & decide which one to go w.

When I was buying my house these things took months not days. It's a great time to sell. Good luck buying.. They did accept my offer for the land on the other side of town. We are "under deposit" hopefully close before the end of the month.

I've definitely come to apartment showings not quite ready to start a new lease but to see a neighborhood, check what the noise pollution is like, security/safety. Plus sometimes if you see one apartment that's been remodeled in the past several years around here then typically other recently remodeled ones will have similar setups/appliances.
