It is fine on Explorer. Just Chrome and Edge are messed up. Some sites such as YouTube are almost unreadable and I actually need it for work reason!

Doing a little research it is a problem common with Chrome, which now will include Edge since it has the same engine. Couldn't find a magic bullet for it other than some of the things mentioned.

We apparently haven't run into it here at work as an issue.

One last suggestion if none of this works, load a Chrome extension called "whatfont", assuming you are allowed. You might be able to identify the offending font and remove it with that extension since it will show you the fonts you are using. You should be able to load it into Chrome or Edge.
