The more i think about this, the odder it is. Even 5 years ago, telling people I'm a car guy didn't automatically make me the owner of any specific brand... Tesla really isn't even that great of a car brand, as their focus is automation and eventual autonomy which is the antithesis to the automotive hobby...

In your case, i feel like it would be more fun to show disdain for tesla, and then tell them all about triumphs while they try to understand who in their right mind would own an obscure british car.

See them every effing day.. and the one with the gull-wing doors is horrible.... I usually see the "horrible" one parked in the drivers with children parking slot at our local supermarket. I don't think it's any more practical!! Why not have "normal" doors and leave the goofy stuff to the Italians!

There’s like 25 parked at work on any given day and now they put in the EV chargers in all the front spots (basically visible to customers or visitors) to look green. Ugh.

Heading to Southern California today. We had already planned to take 101 just in case 5 had too much traffic, and apparently overnight 5 got shut down due to snow at grapevine. So good planning on our part I guess.

Stopping at Splash in Pismo for lunch hopefully!
