Maybe what I should do is start with one that can print chocolate. Then I could at least eat my mistakes and MomHawk might think it was cool.

Ahhhh.. I'll be around this weekend . Getting flown out to interview somewhere on Friday and they're not flying me back till later Saturday.

Gotta agree with @echo419 on this one. I've tried a couple of battery powered leaf blowers and they are OK for small stuff but if you need to "rake leaves" with it, it isn't going to work.

An ICE leaf blower is still the best cordless to go with in my book.

My brother and our friend are both contractors. They use this one from Milwaukee.

It is more powerful then the small handheld Stihl that they were using to blow off roofs/decking during jobs. For real heavy work you can't beat a backpack blower though. I used it on a couple roofing jobs I helped them on and was pretty surprised how good it was. I wasn't expecting much.

Yea, I could see where it would be useful for smaller tasks. In fact I have a Greenworks one that works off the same 40amp batteries as my pole saw, and it works well for those types of jobs. Biggest issue is battery life. Even the reviews on this one saws 10 minutes at best.

I have tried several and found Ryobi to work as well as any, and their tools (brushless) have worked well. I have both 18v and 40v at different locations and not much difference in performance of the blowers.
I also have chain saws and pole saws for both voltages and there the difference is huge.
Oh, and shop tools.
I gave up on Milwaukee, Ridgid, and Dewalt.
It turned out the Chinese company that is contracted to make many other brands is the one making Ryobi, I kind of figured they are taking what is best of the others and using it.
