Late-ish hit on QB that had a 4 interception game with 8 seconds left. QB got frustrated and tried to pull Garrett's helmet off and kicked him when he was getting up. He got in QB's face and pulled his helmet off and wacked him in the head with it. Punches were thrown, it was ugly. Both teams looked like losers regardless who won.

Garrett was being an asshat and was roughing the passer long after he knew the ball was gone. He started the whole thing.

Funny how Garrett has already had $50 k in fines for similar doings this season.

Short of a sport that involves guns, that is probably one of the single most dangerous acts someone can do in a sport. It's resulted in at least one death in the Majors, albeit in the 20's. Carl Mays (Yankees) hit Ray Chapman (Indians) in the head with a fast ball and killed him.

It's also about the only sport that has no real penalty for doing what is in essence pointing a loaded gun at a player and pulling the trigger.

That’s been on all morning. Don’t know the whole story, but it did look like Garrett started everything. They were showing previous incidents from this season that looked like his same bullshit. I’m all about showing passion for the game and there’s nothing wrong with a little scrap, but that went way too far. It’s funny how people on ESPN or whatever we’re blaming the QB for playing the victim saying that it’s his fault for chasing a fight without a helmet. I’m sure it was just for the show because no one can be that stupid.

Edit: I typed that as I was eating lunch at Jack in the Box and two strangers started talking about it saying that he shouldn’t be allowed to play anymore. Kinda agree
