No. It is no longer a nap. It is a sleep!
The standard nap cut off is 90 minutes. I am a nap expert!

I am not questioning that you are, but curious what exactly makes you a nap expert? Are there qualifications, certifications, levels of education?

I'm a total nap noob.

It's like heroin. Twice as much is twice as good! Until you die.

Well, you may be a nap expert, but, I am a bigger nap expert. I've been taking naps waaaay longer than you have -

Speaking of naps, it's that time of day.

OK, not ALL of your efforts to educate me about naps is lost, I will start setting my alarm for two hours -

zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Nah, it upsets the union when you don't take breaks. Makes them look bad.

To better understand this pattern we need to know the following:

1. What time do you wake-up?
2. What time do you go to bed?
3. What activities do you entertain before 11.00am?
4. What activities do you entertain after the first nap but before the second nap?

1. Whenever I want.
2. Whenever I want.
3. Whatever I want.
4. Whatever I want.

It may vary from day to day.

We can figure out exactly when he goes to bed and gets up again now that he is finally back here. Last night he was up until approximately 2:am
